Blood, Sweat & Tears III was the 16th CPV mega event produced by SCAW. It was the third in the chronology. It took place on September 9, 2009 from Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The card was comprised of 14 matches (including one on the Preshow). Inuyasha defended the SCAW Championship against Ichigo Kurosaki, Homer Simpson and Spider-Man in the first ever Ultimate 4-Way Match at the main event.

Preliminary matches[]
In the ring during the singing of "America, the Beautiful" were Abraham Lincoln, Captain America, Iron Man, Ghost Rider, Homer Simpson, and Guile.
LeBron James & Shaquille O'Neal, Yu Yu Hakusho (Yusuke & Kuwabara) and Ryu Hayabusa & Nacho wrestled in the first round of the Tag Team Invitational. Yusuke pinned Ryu Hayabusa after the Hagakure Kick.
xXx (Vin Diesel &Ice Cube), Star Trek (James T. Kirk & Spock) and Jay & Silent Bob wrestled in the second round of the Tag Team Invitational. Jay pinned James T. Kirk after a DDT onto a steel chair.
Optimus Prime & Gladiator defended the SCAW Tag Team Championship against Yu Yu Hakusho and Jay & Silent Bob in the final round of the Tag Team Invitational. Jay pinned Kuwabara after he got shoved. Silent Bob pinned Optimus Prime after Jay DDT'd him onto a steel chair to win their second Tag Team Championship.
Captain America was wished luck by Freakazoid, The Thing, Cyclops, Wolverine, and Colossus.
Iron Man pinned M. Bison after three Steam Rollers to retain the SCAW Internet Championship. M. Bison quit SCAW and got attacked by Guile.
Green Lantern pinned White Ranger after the Green Light to retain the SCAW Zero-One Championship.
Harry Potter was confronted backstage by Lance Burton. It was witnessed by a dumbfounded Gene Simmons.
Kobe Bryant pinned David Beckham after the Play Maker.
Guile, Ghost Rider, & Abraham Lincoln wrestled against Darth Vader, The Prince of Persia & Harry Potter in a 3-on-3 Elimination Tag Team Match.
- Potter pinned Ghost Rider after the Magical Splash.
- Guile pinned Potter after the Super Sonic Boom.
- Lincoln pinned The Prince of Persia after hitting him with a steel chair.
- Darth Vader tried to run but Ghost Rider brought him back. Lincoln pinned Darth Vader after the Lincoln Leg Drop.
Ichigo Kurosaki was interviewed by Fred Durst.
Batman, Robin and The Joker wrestled in a Gotham City Grudge Triple Threat Match. Batman pinned The Joker after the Bat Breaker.
A promo claiming that "He" is coming was shown.
Captain America and The Punisher wrestled in an Extreme Rules Match. Captain America pinned The Punisher after the All American Splash through a table.
Homer Simpson's family (except his son Bart Simpson) as well as Ned Flanders, Lenny and Carl wished him luck.
Santa Claus wrestled against his mystery opponent, DWA's Al Capone. Santa Claus pinned Al Capone after the F-Yule.
Chuck Norris pinned Superman after three Chuck Norris Kicks.
Ivan Drago hosted Talkin' Tough. Dennis Rodman was the guest but he was attacked by Johnny Cage and Apocalypse. Drago was attacked by Mr. T and then given a Five Knuckle Shuffle by Sandman.
Iron Man's interview with Fred Durst was interrupted when he was challenged for the Internet Championship by Batman.
Hellboy wrestled against Billy Madison & Mr. Clean in a Handicap Match. Mr. Clean turned against Billy. Hellboy pinned Billy after the Doomstone piledriver. Hellboy sent Billy to hell.
Main event[]
Inuyasha defended the SCAW Championship against Ichigo Kurosaki, Homer Simpson and Spider-Man in the very first Ultimate 4-Way Match. The match starts as a Fatal 4-Way Elimination match. Eliminations happen by pinfall or submission. When only two remain, it turns into a Ladder match. Whoever grabs the championship hanging above the ring is the winner. Inuyasha was first interviewed by Avril Lavigne. Homer pinned Inuyasha with the Springfield Splash. Ichigo pinned Homer after a jumping neck breaker from Spider-Man. Spider-Man was attacked by his former ally Jack Sparrow. Spider-Man hit Ichigo with the Five Star Spider Splash from a ladder through a table then grabbed the SCAW Championship to win it for the third time.
